1. All domain name sales are final and once bought cannot be refunded. (This is an industry standard - the rule is applied everywhere without exception).*

2. You can transfer domains to us but you will need to ensure that your admin contact details are accessible and up-to-date. This is because many domain transfers require authorisation (an essential step to avoid fraud and domain theft). Some domains are 'locked', which means that they cannot be transferred without being 'unocked' (another anti-fraud/theft measure), so you will also need to ensure that the domain being transferred is unlocked. If either of these conditions are not met, you transfer request will fail.
